• you have experience in partnerships, ecosystem building, or community leadership
• people in your city know and trust you
• you understand how business actually works in your market
• you're comfortable representing an organisation in rooms and conversations

we support small business owners and entrepreneurs through programmes that help them get ready for growth. we need someone who can be a trusted and consistent point of support for the operators we serve.

• you care deeply about small business owners and community builders
• you're a good listener — people open up to you
• you show up reliably and follow through
• you have experience in community work, support, outreach, or programme coordination

• you have experience in photography, film, editorial media, or visual production
• you're culturally fluent in your market
• you understand how story, visuals, and emotional tone work together
• you can work with minimal direction and bring your own point of view
